Play Fastpitch Softball with Extra Innings. Our Fastpitch Teams are looking for players for the 2023-2024 season.

Extra Innings Fastpitch Players will receive:

  • 12u and 14u Games: April, May, June, July.
  • 18u and 16u Games: June and July.
  • In season 5 tournaments in July and August with one practice per week.
  • Uniform, team helmet, team backpack, and hat.
  • Off season 2 practices per week for 16 weeks (32 practices) from Dec – Mar.
  • Extra Innings membership, pro shop discounts, and unlimited use of fitness room.
  • Coaching from Extra Innings Coaches.

Tom Gaeta
Two stints at Saugus High School totaling 9 years. Assistant varsity coach as well as Head Coach at all 3 levels. Most recently Head Coach of Saugus High School varsity team in 2012 & 2013 earning bids to the state tournament both years. Head coach for Saugus American Legion Post 210 for 3 years, and 2 years for the Saugus Braves of the NSMBL. Last 10 years been involved with Danvers Girls Softball as a coach and member of the board of directors. Has coached at all levels of Danvers Girls Softball including summer and fall travel teams.

Mark Veilleux
23 years as Head Coach Endicott softball. 620-275-12 (.690) overall record, 362-60-2 (.856) in-conference record at Endicott. Ranked 23rd in winning percentage among active NCAA Division III coaches and 32nd all-time through 2015-16 season. Ranked 19th in wins among active NCAA Division III coaches and 28th all-time through 2015-16 season. 10 NCAA Division III Tournament appearances ('03-'11, '14). Two NCAA Division III Regional Finals appearances ('08, '14). One ECAC Division III New England Championship ('12). 13 Conference Championships (NEWAC '95, GNAC '98-'99, CCC '03-'11, '14). Four-time CCC Coach of the Year ('99, '02, '08, '14).

Toni Shickolvich - Pitching Coach
Toni was a varsity softball pitcher for Whippany Park High School where she held a record of 80-1 including 60 shutouts, 23 no-hitters, 10 perfect games, and 728 strikeouts compared to 56 walks. She played for Yale University where she helped lead her team to an Ivy League Championship and New Haven City Series Championship. In 1995 and 1996 she was selected by her teammates to be the recipient of the Barbara E. Chou Leadership award. Her accomplishments include being inducted into the New Jersey State Interscholastic Association High School Hall of Fame, the National-Italian American Hall of Fame, and the Hanover Park Regional High School District Athletic Hall of Fame. While at Yale, Toni was named an Academic All-American and GTE CoSida District Academic All-American. Toni believes pitching is a journey, a marathon and not a sprint. Coach Toni is excited to work with pitchers to help them realize their dreams inside the pitching circle and out, and to tap into their unlimited potential.

Carianna Gasdia
Carianna Gasdia played softball in her local youth leagues and high school. After she graduated high school, she went to Springfield College and made the team as a walk-on, where she quickly became a 4-year starter in centerfield. In her final two seasons she was NFCA All-Region and NEWMAC All Conference. She is currently the Assistant Head Coach for the Danvers High School Varsity Softball Team. Her specialties in coaching include outfield, hitting, bunting, and baserunning.
