Bobby coached at Salem State 2015-2016 as the hitting and outfielders coach, as the team finished atop the MASCAC conference winning the league championship and advanced to the NCAA Regional Tournament. Played at Salem State from 05' to 08', elected team caption as a Junior, was a 3-Time All Conference player, and is 2nd all time in hits for Salem State. During the 2006 season finished top 20 in the nation with a .433 batting average on a team that finished 34-6, was named a Regional All-American, and selected as the shortstop for NCAA New Region Tournament Team. Graduated from Peabody High School in 2003, and has also coached at Matignon, The Legends, and The Show baseball programs.
