Our coaches will develop systematic training programs for both teams and individual athletes, often working in close association with team coaches. This typically includes teaching proper weight-lifting techniques, supervising and motivating athletes as they work out, and assessing their performance before and after the program. Our coaches will often design proper regimens to strengthen body parts that are prone to injury in baseball or softball.
Extra Innings offers year round personal training in our brand new fitness area which features a variety of weighted machines, cardio exercise machines, resistance training equipment, and much more! Get full access by joining as an MVP Member or sign up for private one-on-one training sessions to get in shape for the upcoming season.
